Jetts Dianella

Went along to talk about joining on Friday. Spoke with Nick and agreed to join on condition that membership / payment would not commence until I had a coaching session to develop a personalised training plan. Despite this specific agreent, payment for 2 weeks in advance was deducted that same day. I emailed and asked for payment to be refunded until said coaching session was completed. I received a response from Leona ignoring my request for refund, and was told that a coach had tried to contact me (no text or missed call, hey, may be an optus issue). Irrespective of if someone had tried to call me, that is not completion of a coaching plan. The impression I am left with is one of pressure sales and saying anything to get the credit card details and start billing immediately. There are plenty of other options in the Dianella area.

Jetts Dianella is run by an excellent team, very friendly and accommodating staff. Equipment is always in good working order and clean.

Customer experience was supreme, they took care of all my needs and created a wonderful workout space, with a vibrant community it makes you feel at home, with Lisa the owner of the establishment had done a incredible job with making the gym awesome to be at, can’t tell you how incredible of a gym it is

Showed up twice in a row on a fully paid membership only to find myself unable to access the gym. This was after a very brief lapse on a single payment when my bank card expired. I promptly called the gym to update the card details and rectify the issue, yet was unable to access the facility even after that payment successfully came out. They'd already revoked my access and forgot to restore it, so I was left without the service I was paying for twice in the span of half a week. Total garbage. I immediately cancelled my membership; I'll find a different gym, thank you very much. As a final insult they tried to persuade me to put it on hold on the way out (not sure how they thought that would address my problem).EDIT: So if my access was switched off because I needed to provide proof of vaccination, you have a responsibility to notify me about that. I received no notice of any form (phone call, text message or email) that I needed to provide proof of vaccination to restore my access. Given that I'm constantly receiving promotional text messages (despite having been an active member for close to 6 months), I should think that I'd receive a text message telling me to upload my vaccination status. Not just show up on an evening or weekend and find myself inexplicably unable to enter. I had my time wasted twice showing up and being locked out. I received absolutely no communication telling me this would be the case, or where/how to even upload my proof of vaccination.

Be careful, they are friends while you are paying but they're scammers when you're trying to get out.I have used jetts since 2013, I stopped membership sometimes because of my job circumstances. I came back to Perth and had 16months membership at Dianella. I had good service especially from the lady owner.But... it wasn't great experience when I canceled membershipManager contacted me a few days after I sent an email cancellation. At first, he tried to convince me to hold membership. And second, he said 'Policy has been changed, you need to come here for cancellation.' I asked several times to make sure about policy, but he was firm and kept saying the same thing. I had no time flying to Perth only cancelling 'Jetts membership', I called the head office to proceed. Third, He called me 'Why did you call the head office? I canceled your membership at that time'. I felt weird, but I didn't make an issue. A month later, other staff contacted letting me know my membership was on hold. She was asking me back while I figured it out.Finally I'm out, but I will never forget what he did to me.

Jetts Dianella is fantastic! The support I’ve received from Leona and her team from day 1 has been amazing. A super affordable and welcoming environment- highly highly recommend to everyone and anyone.

They are money minded and scammers.Nick is a scammer and a big fraud. I settled all the dues and left the gym and currently Iam not in the country but even now He is collecting money from my account and debt collection is still active.I sent multiple mails and He is not even listening to my mails and still money is debited from my account.. I don’t know what to do…. Please be careful and don’t be a victim by giving your account number and BSB

Good little gym that makes great use of the space it has. Friendly and helpful staff.

I have been seeing Leona at Jetts Dianella for a little over 12 months now. She is super knowledgeable and always pushes me and keeps me motivated. She has played a large part in helping me reach my fitness goals.I find the atmosphere at Jetts Dianella to be warm and inviting. I love my chats with Nik and Lisa and the whole team work really hard to make the gym a comfortable place for everyone. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Yeah good place Jetts Dianella, always nice people in gym when training,..most Jetts gyms are all like that Cheers!
