SpeedFit Midland is amazing and I highly recommend giving it a go.The trainers are very friendly and motivating, while knowing how to push you to get the best out of the workout.As a lazy person when it comes to exercise, I actually look forward to my sessions. The 20 minutes goes super fast, has good music and we always have a good laugh.

I can not recommend SpeedFit Midland enough! My wife had been raving about it for a year and encouraged me to give it a go. As a male I always thought I needed to go to a traditional gym to get results….so not true! For half of the effort and twice the convenience SpeedFit midland delivers results, FAST! Angela and her team of professionals are second to none!

After a major car accident in 2013, I’ve found it incredibly hard to find a workout routine that I can stick to without flaring up horribly and actually enjoy. I trialed SpeedFit in January for the first time and was addicted. I was able to get a really intense workout and push myself without causing any flare ups due to its low impact nature. The EMS actually really soothes my lower back pain, kind of like an all over tens machine!I also love the fact that the classes are designed for 2 people and that I can enjoy them with my partner on our own with a trainer. Angela, who has been our trainer for this year has been amazing. She pushes us to do our best and is just a lovely human being. 100% recommend SpeedFit to anyone, especially those like me who have had bad injuries as it’s so low impact and totally customisable to accommodate your injuries!

Gyms are stupid.The vibe is gross. People judge you and then say, It's not like that."Speedfit Midland isn't a gym so it doesn't have bad vibes!!Everyone is so lovely

I have been attending Speedfit Midland for nearly two years. Angela and her team have been amazing. They have all been very motivated in making sure you are getting the most out of your 20 minute sessions. Angela is a fantastic trainer and is always pushing myself and my SpeedFit partner, even on those days we are not feeling it. SpeedFit Midland is worth checking out and I am sure you will love it as much as I do.

I never expected for my attendance to be a long term thing, I had joined many gyms over the years and eventually gave up after a few months.Speedfit is the most unusual exercise program I have ever tried but I love it and it’s no hardship turning up every week.Angela is a fantastic trainer and offers encouragement, support and a good laugh every week. The team at Speedfit Midland are awesome.I highly recommend just giving it a go
