Very nice staff, really helpful during the sessions.Everything is done make you confortable during the work out.The place is well located, big enough to welcome a big group of person.The programs are different so you don’t get bored. The 45 min training are going fast.It’s my first experience with F45, and so far, I don’t regret it.

F45 studio - Duncraig location is by far the best gym/fitness studio I have ever been a member of, full of energy and good vibes. All the trainers are amazing and take time to coach each participant and motivate us all!I become fit in very short time and lost a lot of weight. F45 is absolutely amazing! the workouts are so challenging but so good and the atmosphere is just incredible - the staff and members are all so lovely!
